Peptide-Rich Defence is a lightweight, hydrating SPF 50 Moisturiser with age-defying peptides that help smooth the look of fine lines and wrinkles to promote a more radiant, youthful-looking complexion. Ideal for treating and preventing stubborn Pigmentation and managing Melasma.
DO NOT use if you have Sensitive Skin or Rosacea.
Active Ingredients:
Avobenzone 3.0% block UVA rays
Octinoxate 7.5% absorbes UVB rays
Octisalate 5.0% absorbes UVB rays
Oxybenzone 5.0% helps filter both UVA and UVB rays.
If you suffer with Sensitive Skin or Rosacea DO NOT use Peptide Rich Defence. Start with a different sunscreen called Hydrate+ SPF17 or Protect SPF30 spray mineral sunscreen. It’s made with a mineral sunscreen called Zinc which is less likely to cause any redness. If you do use Peptide Rich Defence, on contact it could cause stinging and for your eyes to water.
Immediately post any facial treatment and post peel, DO NOT use Peptide Rich Defence. Use a mineral sunscreen, either Hydrate+ or Protect.
Environmental concerns: this sunscreen is made with Oxybenzone an ingredient that’s been found harmful to coral reef.
